Pull the back seat out. It pops off. Pull in the center of where passenger sits, one on each side. At the bottom of the back rest you'll find two bolts to remove, then lift up on the back rest. If belts go threw the back rest, you can remove them or just push the backrest forward enough to remove the back dash cover. It is held on with plastic plugs. You will have to remove the column side panels to get it out. They pop off, but look for a screw at the bottom first.
The speakers should be able to be accessed through the trunk without having to remove the rear deck
