  • Kare Fay Jones Feb 27, 2017

I have a 2008 3.8l, v6. And I took it to the Buick Dealership, since it was part of a recall, it was free of charge. Call GMC and have your VIN # ready, your Year may be included in the recall.

Sampson, sounds like a bunt out bulb, which will need changed.
If you feel comfortable doing it yourself. Basically three screws, and you have to pull one plastic fastener from the fascia (bumper) and pull the bumper back a bit, and pull the assembly out. I believe it is in the manual, not bad to do. I will post a link to tell or show you how to do it. Press the helpful button

The daytime running lights are incorporated within the high beam lighting circuit. If the bulb is not at fault, you may have a daytime running light module/circuit failure

Check the fuse box under the hood, a lot of cars have fuses for the head lights. Should be marked on the cover of fuse box.

2006 buick lacrosse low beams not working high beams only is i hold in the turn signal

this sounds like a bad dimmer switch not functioning. I would first check to make sure the rod that runs from the lever to the dimmer switch is traveling the complete length and is not out of adjustment.

Low beam headlight - passenger side - on my 2006 Buick Lacrosse does not work. I've tried a new bulb - no help. The fuse - underhood fuse box - for the low beam is good. There is no voltage to that fuse...

From Info I have looked at I believe under hood micro switch relay 35 is for low beam and 34 is for high beam. It also looks like you have a different fuse for each light. The relay are for both low beam or both high beams. each headlight has its own fuse. I believe #4 fuse under hood is for passenger side low beam. fuses 1-4 under hood are for the four headlights as I understand the info I have seen.

After replacing the drivers side headlight assembly on a 2006 buick Lacrosse, the high beam hits the road very low. Is there an adjustment I've missed?

If they are adjustable, the adjuster screw would be visible just above or below the lens. Are you sure the bulb is seated in the socket? and seated into the light assembly squarely?
