Sounds like you might have an issue with either your multifunction switch or possibly your clock spring, if your cruse controls are steering wheel mounted.

Stabilizer traction control light is on, and lost cruise control

Cruise control will always disable itself when any CEL light is present, so that's normal. The Stabilitrak light problem is a known common problem with these. Your steering wheel position sensor needs to be replaced. Mine does it every morning IF my steering wheel wasn't put into a straight position when I parked it. Straighten the tires, turn the ignition off and restart. Light will go out.

Cruise controlnot working

Do you have an airbag light lit ? Are your cruise control buttons on the steering wheel . If so the clock spring could have an open circuit. A clock spring is a part inside the steering column , under the steering wheel . Check out this video on clock spring .
https://youtu.be/4jv2DW39drA if no airbag light ,then probably not this part.

Brake lites on as soon i turn car on radio and horn dos not work sometimes the airbag lighitcomes on then the radio and horn is working and brake lightes is working normal wones the airbag light goes of ...

bad english accepted i come from the east end of london originally where english is the third language ,so what iam reading here is you have a problem with horn and the lights ,Now on this model if my memory serves me correct the brake lights will come on with the handbrake on ,but if its a auto version then the brake lights could be affected cruise control and what i think without a look myself is that the wires on the bottom of the steering wheel for the cruise and the radio horn ect run through the steering column and somehow they are damaged or twisted up and the only way is to remove the steering wheel to have a look ,to do this you must disconnect the battery first because if the airbag goes off accidently and your head is in the way then your dead .To get the stering wheel off you will have to remove the airbag unit first ,think its two torq 20 screws but it could be a 7mm headed nut ,remove the airbag then unplug it and then you can undo the big nut in the middle ,cannot remember the size of the nut though but once its off then the steering wheel comes off but its on a splined shaft so it may need a puller to get it off but i often use a piece of wood under a spoke and hit it with a 2kg hammer ,doesnt always work first time but normaly it does then you will tracks for the different controls .

NOW I REMEMBER.. THEY HAD A RECALL ON THE CRUISE CONTROL ON THESE.. UN PLUG YOUR CRUISE CONTROL AND REPLACE THE FUSE. USE A 12 VOLT TEST LIGHT TO FIND THE FUSE . THESE TRUCK WOULD START ON FIRE, EVERY BUDDY WAS STINKING A BIGGER FUSE TO TRY TO FIX THE PROBLEM THIS CAUSED THE CRUISE TO CATCH ON FIRE... NICE HUH. IF YOU DON'T UNPLUG THE CRUISE= DON'T PARK IT IN OR NEAR YOUR HOUSE !

I have a 2005 honda crv, after changing the steering rack the cruise control is not working

There is a cable reel (clock spring) in the steering column. If it was not centered when you put in the rack than it probably broke.... Is the SRS light on too? This cable reel allows electrical connection to the air bag and the cruise control switch (mounted to the steering wheel), so you can turn the wheel. Its operating range is two and a half turns from center in both direction. When you disconnect the steering coupler from the rack the steering wheel moves, now the cable reel is not centered. If you put it back on in this position and turn the steering wheel fully to one side the cable reel breaks. That could be what happened, however the cable reel is very expensive so make sure that's it before replacing. I recommend performing an input test on the cruise control unit to confirm.
