There is a vibration noise on pulling off,but goes away when revs are picked up

When a vibration suddenly starts to happen, it means that something is loosening. Usually it's a panel or a sheet of metal that's vibrating on it's resonant frequency, that's why it goes away with speed, it passed the resonant frequency.
It's very hard to find because you have to be under the car to see it. If you find something you suspect, tighten the screws or put a rubber band on it to test it.

2003 Chrysler Town and Country Exhaust does it make a difference if the muffler is first and then the resonator last? that is what Midas did to my van and its louder now with the new exhaust

Yes, the muffler should be upstream of the resonator. In other words, from the engine, you have the catalytic converter, then the muffler, then the resonator is last, near the tail pipe. Possibly they installed the wrong muffler or resonator. The muffler will have the most effect on the sound you hear.

I need to replace the starter on my 2003 Honda Civic EX. Apparently I need to remove the Resonator first in order to get to the starter. Can I get instructions on how to remove the Resonator please? Thanks

You'll need an extension arm for your socket wrench or else you can't reach two of the bolts.(without great pain)
There are 4 bolts holding it on, a rubber tube that holds it to the intake snorkel, and on the underside you'll find a wire attached via a green clip (which after unbolting will prevent you from lifting the resonator chamber straight out).

Where the resonator chamber connects to the airbox you'll find these two bolts, you'll be able to reach the top bolt without the extension arm, however you'll need the extension to undo the lower bolt.

*Also* on the underside of where these bolts are, is a cable that is attached to the resonator's mounting bracket via a green clip. to remove the green clip there is a little notch you must press on to release the clip. since you can't see it when you're doing it, i didn't bother trying to take a picture...you'll have to feel it out.

Tucked between the resonator chamber and the battery is this bolt which you will definitely need a socket wrench with an extension to reach, unless you feel like removing your battery..

After unbolting, you'll also wish to wriggle the rubber tube off of the resonator chamber. It's just held there with friction...so twist it, turn it, and pull it. It will eventually come off.

Alright this last bolt is easiest to remove, just undo it and voila....

Okay you should have removed 4 bolts, unclipped the cable from underneath the first two, wriggled off the rubber tube that connects the resonator chamber to the plastic snorkel, and wriggled the resonator chamber from the airbox.

With that done, a little more wriggling, twisting, and pulling should have you holding the resonator chamber in your hands leaving nice free space in the engine bay.

You can now put in your shiny new intake (DIY AEM CAI Install), or leave it off for that throaty sound when you mash on your gas..or for whatever reason you wanted to remove your resonator for.

I need to replace a fuel pressure regulator

It's right below the plastic resonator on the top of the engine. On the bottom of the left front part of the resonator. A little hose goes into the resonator and into the regulator.

Spark plug removal on a 2005 chevy trailblazer

he tools needed are a straight blade screwdriver, 5/8 Spark Plug socket, 10mm and 13mm sockets, extensions and ratchet, anti-seize and new plugs.

The first step is to remove the Air Resonator and intake tube. There are two hose clamps, one on each side of the resonator that you remove. There are held on with clamps that use a straight blade screw driver. Once the hose clamps are removed you need to pull the hose off the resonator that goes to the air filter. Next there are two 13mm bolts on the passenger side that hold the resonator to the valve cover. Remove these. Next lift up the resonator from the passenger side and then pull the resonator off the throttle body. Store this, the clamps and bolts for reassembly.

Now you will have ready access to the coil packs and plugs. Each coil pack is held on with a 10mm bolt.Unscrew the 10mm bolt from the coil pack. Once the pack is loose I pull it up and set it to the side.

There is enough wiring that you can easily do this. Next use a 5/8 spark plug wrench and remove the plug. Use care that nothing falls into the spark plug hole.
