Idk why my radio doesn't work i re hooked it up but it wont turn on?

If it is a stock radio from the auto manufacturer it has probably gone into security mode. This happens when power is removed from the radio, such as during removal and replacement or during battery replacement operations. This is a security feature to discourage radio theft. It is generally a PITA. You need to check with Ford (or a local dealer) to determine what information you need to obtain to get an unlock code for the radio. Then follow the instructions given to release the radio for operation.
