You really should have removed throttle body to clean properly. The fuel intake system is probably full of the cleaner and other crud now and you might get it started by holding pedal to the floor, while cranking.

Check for spark at the plugs with spark tester. Spray some carb cleaner into throttle body and stand away from engine while having someone crank on engine, or crank it yourself. If you have spark and it is fuel related, spraying carb cleaner into throttle body should show if it is fuel related, although timing can be off causing compression loss.
What did you use to clean the MAF?
You may have damaged the sensor.
I would suggest a used MAF assembly be installed and use only approved cleaners next time and be gentle when cleaning electronics.

Hello: Remove the ducting going from the air cleaner to the throttle plate, clean the carbon off the throttle plate and the throttle body bore. Do not spray excess carb cleaner into the throttle body. Hold the throttle plate open with your hand and spray carb cleaner on a soft rag and clean off carbon. When finished key on engine off for 10 seconds key off for 10 seconds do this a total of three tines.
try cleaning the air intake at the throttle body. in other words clean the butterfly or throttle plate that opens when you step on the gas. remove the air cleaner use carb cleaner and a rag, spray into the throttle body and wipe out all the gunk build up.hold the throttle open and get in and around as much as you can. do not flood with cleaner but spray and wipe!
Check the air filter , and clean inside the throttle body, behind the plate. also clean the mass air flow sensor in the air filer tube. use brake clean.Let me know we'll go from there
check your Idle air valve thats what keeps your car with the right air mixture or check you idle screw for proper rpms usually they are under 1000 rpm 950 around there but i suspect it might be you air valve sensor the idle screw usually dont get outof adustment because if set from factory but is something you can look at
remove the air filter housing from the throttle body, or if its mult-ported injection, remove the large air duct. Do this the night before. The next day, before cranking and having a spray can of carb. cleaner, spray a couple of shots of carb cleaner either into the large air duct, spray towards the engine, or if its single body injection, spray directly on to the throttle body.
Crank engine immediately, preferrably have some one else sitting in the car to start it after you spray.
If the car even tries to start, replace cold start relay.
