I can get a 2001 Chevrolet venture for $500 and wanted to know if those parts will fit on my 2003 chevy venture. Like the tinted windows, rear wiper, lights, dash, doors, etc? Thank You for your time.
I can't say all the parts will be interchangable, however, a lot will be.
99% are interchangeable.All the parts you mentioned are interchangeable. There will be slight design differences but the parts should fit just fine.In fact,the exhaust system will also fit the next generation van,the Uplander.

the bottom boult is hard but can be done need to use a 10 or 12 stubby wrench and take a pry bar and lighty pry heat shild away to get bottom bolt dont need to take it out all the way just loosen and slide down

no you dont need a special tool you have to take the throttle body off it makes it sooooooo much more simple.
