Turning the heat on makes lot of noise

Worn motor bearings, bent fan blade or out of balance, many other issues like sheet metal vibration.

Some GM car dont have off position only low medium high

Anytime the a/c is turned on the cooling fan will come on so that the engine does'nt over heat.It will not turn off until the ebgine has colled down.

Check front tyres & wheel bearings espesially the R/H/F. Feel tyre for high / low spots on inside & jack up & spin wheel if you get noise while jacked up it is not the tyres but wheel bearing or brake pads but more than likly a crook bearing by the sound of it. It needs to be tended to ASAP

Need to turn the glove box door upside down. To do this, there is a metal "S" shaped part in an opening on the left side of the glove box when open. Stick your finger in there and release this spring loaded metal piece, the door will now fall down. From the bottom, you need to remove the plastic kick guard below the glovebox to access from the bottom.

Probably rear brakes. Clean them up or get them looked at and try again.

It sounds like your blower motor resistor is bad. This should be located under the dash close ( within about a foot) of the actual blower motor

The heated seats have relays that run them. Not quite sure where they are located but. That noise is the relay clicking on and off. They are actually pretty loud. Look for faulty connections to and from the relay and check battery power to both sides of the relay.

You need a blower motor resistor,and the heater blower motor should be checked for high amp draw. check Napa for the part or go to Dodge..prpbably about 60.00 dollars.

I may have had a similar problem, for a long time my blower motor made a loud howling/roaring noise, hard to explain, but I only heard the noise when the blower was turned on. It continued to blow air for a couple years then just quit, the noise it made continued for another 6 months to a year without air-flow. Finally it quit blowing air at all. I eventually replaced the blower motor and no more noise and air flow was restored. Hopefully you already have fixed this because removing and replacing the blower motor wasn't fun.
