You can but you won't have 4th gear. I think a fuse blew during the transmission installation, I don't see fuse numbers in my wiring diagram but there are 3 fuses in the under hood fuse block. Buy a test light ground the clip and check each fuse look close you can see the openings in the fuse touch the probe to each side it should light, when you come to one that only lights one side that's a bad fuse. Do this with the ignition switch on. Take your time and replace fuses with the same amperage rating.

The alternator does not have anything to do with the blower fan for heat. You may have unhooked a wire by mistake, or you have a blown fuse. God-Bless!

Check the actuator motor on the heater for the drivers side. Sounds as if it maybe sticking or not working, it is electric.

The booster should be right if it came off of the same model Cadillac 93 Deville. I would return the booster and try another one. Probably the master cylinder is ok if it stops.

The conector for the a/c compressor comes with a diode that keeps power from returning after the compressor cycles off. Check or replace the connector/and or diode and see if that fixes the problem
