I have a 2000 E430. I just did this job because my ac compressor froze. I went to O'reilly and bought a serpentine belt 6pk2310.(different brand has it as k0910). The numbers after the part number is the length in mm or inches. Eg. 0910 = 91 inches == 2810mm. Just follow the diagram and bypass the ac compressor. Tools: 15mm wrench for the pulley tensioner. It took me 5 minutes to do this job and be on the road again. It is very easy.
On the Right is the normal diagram.

On the left is how you bypass the AC compressor on a E320/E430 2000-2002 engine.

There is no way to use a smaller belt. You will have to replace bearing or bypass pully. Believe me I tried.

?? if your asking if you can use a shorter belt to bypass the ac compressor then the answer is "Maybe" you can only if the new path the belt takes would be the same without compressor installed , ??? not so sure how to do this . but what I have seen done is the ac compressor was moved over to make room for a new belt driven supercharger and in it's old location a surplus belt tensioner was bolted in its place . I guess a adaptation of this could be used to bypass the ac compressor , but why not just replace the ac compressor if it wont turn , used parts from the scrap yard work for this too

As long as the a/c clutch plate is not engaging and the clutch bearing is not making noise while rotating, you should not have any problem.

04 navigator is blowing ac fuse 11, ac coil shorted, 3 different coils, can ac compress short the coils

How did you hook up the inline fuse to compressor and ground to compress ? Ground what ? Right at the clutch coil ? You have to be hooking it up wrong . The compressor can't cause the clutch coil to short or blow the fuse , even if the compressor were seized up . An before that would have the serpentine belt would burn up , squealing noise. applying B+ voltage in the relay socket ,pin 30 to pin 87 will engage the compressor clutch . If the fuse blows the wiring from the relay to the compressor clutch is shorted to ground . Look for rubbed through wiring harness .

My ac compressor is grinding but for now will a smaller Serpentine belt work to bypass if until I I get a new one my car is a 2004 dodge grand caravan sxt 3.8 v6 allwheel drive

The short answer is no.
You need the compressor in place to make the belt run the water pump in the right direction.
You can get a used compressor that has a working clutch and not put freon in it if necessary.

Is there a serpentine belt made for 2007 Chrysler Sebring 2.7 Engine without ac

The short answer is no. You may be able to measure the length of a belt that does not go around the ac compressor and buy that belt, but chances are you won't be able to route the belt to bypass the compressor and keep it tight.

After just having the cooling system (i.e. radiator, hoses, water pumb, freee plugs) replace , my serpentine belt shredded and now the AC compressor clutch assembly had to be replaced ($170 labor, $106...

I agree that whomever did the work on your car should have noticed the serpentine belt needed to be replaced, you'll have a difficult time getting the mechanic to agree that he made a mistake. If it was done by the auto dealer where you bought the vehicle you may be able to get some satisfaction by going to the head manager and contacting the dealers corporate office.

Bypassing the a/c pump with a shorter belt

If it isn't a Serpentine belt then you can get the main motor belt for a motor without AC and put that on. Now, you may have to remove the AC compressor completely if the routing is blocked by that AC pulley. Normally this is not needed though unless your AC clutch has frozen. You can disable the AC by just turning it off or disconnecting the power wire from the compressor in the engine compartment.
