I had a similar problem with the air bag light and it turned out after testing the problem was a short in the wiring harness under the drivers seat. It aparently had a broken wire from the auto seat moving back and forth on entry and exit. It also has a memory for my wife and I and it also moves back and forth for that reason.
It has started to do it again and I found if I always start with the memory seat in #2 which closest to the steering wheel, {her setting}, then choose #1 setting it works normally. Crazy huh?
Just my experience!!!!!

I hate to say this is one of the few times I recommend taking your car to the dealer. Messing with the airbag system could cause it to deploy in your face, which believe me is not a pleasant experience. If it does deploy, the cost of a replacement will come close to the book value of the car. The other alternative would be that whatever you did to the airbag would case it not to deploy when you most need it. In either of these situations you are much better off throwing a few bills at the dealer.

On my dash its showing all doors and trunk open when its not

Why your air bag light is on, the system is turned off,
& you have no protection, so get that resolved

The other issues, you need to check for body codes,
That will require professional tools, not a code reader

HORN IN MY LINCOLN LS 2001 NOT WORKING AND AIRBAG LIGHT STAYS ON

Hi, welcome to FixYa.com my name is Shawn and I will be answering your question.

The most logical problem would be a faulty clock spring in the steering column. It could cause both of your concerns.

I hope my assistance helped you and resolved your concern, if you need further assistance please ask.

My son got in his 2002 Lincoln LS(V8) and his Airbag light came on and stays on. Can you tell me how to get it off or if this is a serious problem.

All airbag systems have a computer, or controller that looks at resistance. If you have an issue, the light goes on. You need to get the air bag system "scanned" to see what the issue is.

Airbag light is staying on

Scan it ,to see what codes are there. Then you need to follow the Powertrain Emissions Diagnostic Manual. Give me the codes and engine V8 or V6

2002 lincoln ls...front air bag indicator light stays on after flashing 3 times...sensor prob?...dai5190

You will have to get the airbag code read to be sure but I have had to replace the clockspring in my steering wheel and also the airbag wiring harness under the passenger seat on my 2002 Lincoln LS, all in less than one year. If you or someone you know can help you remove the seat you can do the wiring harness yourself, it is a simple clip.

The airbag light came on and stayed on for no reason.

I have the same issue (which comes and goes often).
It is caused by a loose wire connection, used for the drivers side airbag located in the seat.. The connector for mine is located under the front drivers seat. There are a couple of connectors that are connected to a bar under the front of the seat. I don't recall which one is used for the Airbag sensor.
