Here's a video on your fuel filter. 2004 Jaguar Type fuel filter replacement
Above the rear axle on the driver side
SOURCE: can't find fuel filter
The fuel filter is located above the rear axle on the driver's side. The easiest way to replace it is to break the fuel line nut loose on the side nearest the wheel and screw it all the way off (you may have a small amount of gasoline come out of the filter, so have a container handy). Then break the fuel line nut loose on the inlet side (farthest away from the wheel well) by using your wrench to turn the entire fuel filter using the nut that is part of the filter on the side nearest the wheel well. Reinstalling the filter is just the reverse of this procedure. Be sure to check that the O-rings inside the nuts are good and don't overtighten the filter or you might cut the O-rings and the filter connections will leak
SOURCE: Sugar in Fuel
The only thing i can tell you is to get all the gas you can out of the tank, even if it means droping the tank. Then blow out the fuel line, install new filter, fill up with new gas with a fuel additive that cleans injectors and run it. I believe the worst that can happen is clog up the injectors, witch may not happen if you just run it. Depending on how much sugar was put in it.

Remove the left front wheel and remove the securing nuts to the wheel arch(plastic wheel well liner) pull back from the rear and you will see the fuel filter under it. Thanks.
