I need wiring diagram for headlights and taillights

There's this website www.reliable-store.com
They have books on ALL vehicles.
it covers wiring diagrams, electrical diagrams,
fuse diagram, torque specs, PCV, error codes, fault codes, service info,
repair info, parts info, owner's/service/repair/parts/maintenance manuals etc everything totally..
I have 1987 toyota 4runner model and I keep servicing and when needed repair it on my own. worth it !!!

Headlamps are separate from the rest of lights . The problem could be a wiring issue or a relay or some kind of electronic control module ! It's just one headlamp not working ? , not both . How about low beam or high beam ? I would need to know make , model an year to look at a wiring diagram to see what all is involved to make the headlamps work !

First check tail light fuse and the parking light relay

no power to the fuel pump. where are the fuel pump relay/fuse located. if it's not the the relay/fuse, what else could be my problem and how do I check it.

For what system specifically?

There are literally a hundred or so pages of wiring diagrams all broken down into systems. For example, headlights, taillights, engine controls, instrument cluster, etc.

check wireing may be wired wrong them head lights may not be compatable with that setup

start at the back and work forewards checking for a feed ,if feed its a ground problem ,if no feed just follow and check connectors ,all else fails run a new wire

Have you verified that all the ground wires are good?

Put in a radio lately? - you'll probably find that the fuse is blown for the dash lights; and the stereo is wired incorrectly - if no radio - then there is a control module that controls the lighting I think - put in fog lamps either? I'd bet it was either fog lights or radio incorrectly installed, or control unit. You'll find that the dash lights and tail lights are usually connected (on same circuit). Be sure to turn the key "on" and check both sides of all fuses with a test light. If that turns up nothing, then a wiring diagram and some time are required....

Check the electrical grounds for the taillights. In fact, get a diagram and check all the easily accessible grounds. Many of these are in the engine bay.
