he fuel pump fuse on a 1991 Buick Century V6 is located in the instrument panel fuse block.
To access the fuse block, you need to open the driver's side door and remove the cover located on the side of the dashboard. The fuse block should be visible behind the cover.
Once you locate the fuse block, look for the fuse labeled "Fuel Pump" or "FP." The fuse should be a 20-amp fuse, and it is usually located in the bottom row of the fuse block, second from the left.
It's important to note that in some cases, the fuel pump fuse may be integrated into the main power distribution center under the hood. If you're unable to locate the fuse in the instrument panel fuse block, you may need to refer to the vehicle's service manual or consult a qualified mechanic for further assistance.
You would need to find that in a salvage yard, covers are not sold separately if available (if available from the GM dealer at all), you would need to buy the whole fuse block and wiring harness, about $1500.00 (USD), very expensive item.
Fuse Block #1 is behind the glove box and is accessed through the removable panel at the far right at the back of the open glove box. The fuses are (5) or (6) inches behind the back of the glove box and will probably take someone with a very thin wrist or better yet, a surgical forceps or very long nose pliers to change. This fuse block houses fuses Nos. 1 through No. 67.
Fuse Block No. 2 is housed in the right rear fender. To access it you must remove the small right rear storage cover (pull firmly on the black hand hold). Then you must remove the plastic "push rivet" at the rear of the insulation cover. Pry the center pin out with a screwdriver or small knife, and then completely remove the plastic "rivet". Then simply roll the insulation cover forward and you will find the fuse block.
Fuse block No. 2 houses fuses Nos. 100 to No. 204.
The sheet listing the fuse locations for BOTH fuse blocks is folded and stored in a slot at the bottom of the fuse block (No. 2).
The power block that includes the fuse and power relay for the power trunk lid are located inside the trunk. After you have opened the trunk lid (using a key), look at the left wall to locate the access flap that is cut into the trunk lining. The fuse block is underneath this flap. The 10 amp mini fuse for the power trunk lid is at location #22 and the mini power relay is at location #36. Check the schematic on the fuse block cover for exact locations.
did you check the fuse block side of the instrument panel, it should be fixed in it, I don't know either the your car is left hand drive or right hand drive so check both side of the instrument panel which is the covered by door, if you have a good look you can see that side cover can pull it out you have to use some thing like plastic or wooden wedge for open the side cove after open the side cove you can see small fuse block inside, top of the fuse box you can see folded fuse diagram have fix in it. is this information helped you?

The other fuse block is on the right hand side of the car. When you open the front door, look at the side of the dash and you will see a cover which you can pull off. It will expose the fuse block.

"ENGINE COMPARTMENT CAUTION Never use a fuse of a higher or lower amperage rating than specified on the fuse box cover. This could damage the electrical system or cause a fire. If any electrical equipment does not come on, check for an open fuse. 1. Be sure the ignition switch and the headlight switch are OFF. 2. Open the engine hood. 3. Remove the fuse box cover by pushing the tab and lifting the cover up. 4. Locate the blown fuse. or look on fuse box cover to see what each fuse does. 5. Remove the fuse with the fuse puller. The fuse puller is located in the center of the fuse block in the passenger compartment." Replace fuse.
