I have the same problems. I just took my 2005 RX 330 into Lexus Santa Monica. There is a hesitation between gears and the car jerks/jumps in traffic sometimes. Dealer can't find anything wrong. Car has 55,000 miles and I always use the highest octane gasoline. HELP!

They are on each bank in the exhaust manifold BEFORE the catalytic converter. Sometimes mistakenly called an o2 sensor, can also be called a Heated Oxygen sensor.
I'm not sure about your Lexus, but I have a 1990 Cadillac Deville that I took to Midas and they charged me about $500 for a new catalytic converter and some pipes that rusted away.
I also own a rx 330 and my car has the same error. This is a manufacture defect. Unfortunalely if your car is no longer under warranty the price to replace is approx $800. The cost for the radio is $650 and labor is $150. The lexus dealership will tell you that they won't fix it as they are unable to but they will order a new one. There are many other blogs regarding other lexus rx 330 owners who have experienced the same problem. I have been searching tirelessly to find a way to avoid paying the monies as my car is out of warranty. I have had no success. I wish you the best.
I had the same problem. Initially when I purchased new RX330 I started complaining about acceleration hesitation but Dealer ship did not pay much attention. Now at 70,000 miles It makes loude noise down shift and reverse. Lexus should recall for Trasmission.
