SOURCE: aftter driving for a few minutes vehicle dies,

Sounds like a bad fuel pump. Check fuel pressure.
Also could be the fuel pressure regulator that supplies fuel pressure on start up before your fuel pump has a chance to build up fuel pressure.

What may cause a difficult to start situation? It usually takes 3 attempts, cranking the engine (10-15 seconds), before it will start.

You would need to know if you are lacking fuel pressure or spark when the problem happens to know which system to test.
A relay or ignition component could be getting hot and not working, or the fuel pump could be loosing pressure.

Why my 1999 Chevy Blazer 4.3, engine starts, runs about 5 second, dies and then won't start, if you wait 10 minutes it starts and runs fine, this happens once every few weeks/months or twice in one da

You may be having an intermittent failure with the fuel pressure regulator - checking the fuel pressure when the truck won't start may pinpoint this problem. If the pressure looks OK, this same problem can be caused by the ignition system as well (ignition coil or control module).

when it does it the next time take the key out every time you try to start it and it dosent start. It could be the ignition switch not the key. And if it starts sooner by removing key then you have an idea where to start.

1997 chevy s-10 wont start

An intermittent problem like this are a bear to solve but i can tell you that our company truck that has a 4.3l in it [i assume yours does to] has done the same thing three times over the 7 years we've had it and it always ends up being the fuel pump. There is the odd chance that you've put too much fuel in the intake and flooded it,the only way it will go after being flooded is to change the sparkplugs[not sure why this happens but it happens on all fuel injected cars].

Ignition coil/box

Check your fuel system pressure. This sounds like it may be your pressure regulator. You shouldn't have to pump the gas. May also be your fuel filter.

Engine won't turn over completely

You need to replace the Starter and Solinoid. The Solinoid comes on the New Starter. The Solinoid shorted out when the Battery Died and Damaged the Starter.

'92 Audi 100 CS turning over but not starting

You have a bad camshaft sensor. It's located at the back of the driver side valve cover. Takes 20 minutes to replace. I had exact problem and this solved it.
