I need a diagram for the interior fuse box panel for a 1990 acura integra so that I can tell what each fuse goes to.
Easiest way to do this is go to a junkyard and take one off another car. shouldn't cost more than a couple dollars. You won't even need tools it's a plastic hand screw.

for you to check if it is the fuel pump, see if there is fuel running out of the hose if you remove the fuel filter. Another is to directly connect the pump to the battery. If the pump works that way, then it could be a efi relay issue which is found underneath the dash or a wiring issue.
