Get underneath the Mazda and put put charger leads on the red terminal of the starter motor, and the negative on any good ground. BUT the keys are in the Impala so you have to start there!

1-8-4-3-6-5-7-2 GM motors are numbered on the driver side as 1-3-5-7 and on the passenger side as 2-4-6-8. These numbered cylinder go from the front of the motor toward the back. Hope this helps.

Wiper motors seldom use a relay, there are several settings that have to be taken into consideration and the switch should be able to handle the aprox.4 amps that a wiper motor draws.

it is very very likely that a chevy with have a chevy motor. the easiest way to tell is by looking at your motor then google picture of the same truck if that is the same motor then its stock and an original chevy. you can also check the exhaust mainifolds every maker is unique. and the actual block casting will tell you everything that you need to know. my thought is if u have 6 exhaust ports than you have a 2.8. or if you have 4 i think its a 2.5

You should have the encoder motor on the transfer case checked, many times they split the housing due to corrosion, sounds like the motor may be fault. good luck

1. Locate the Data Link Port. It is located under dash drivers side. Be sure you know
which pins are 8 and 4.


(Note port is wider at top) Your OBDII port will not
have numbers, use the for reference.






2. Make sure there are metal contact pins in terminals 8 and 4. Connect 8 to 4 with a
suitable jumper wire (leave the jumper wire connected throughout the programming
procedure). Make sure you know which terminals are 8 and 4. The vehicle will respond
by locking and unlocking the doors to signify entering of programming mode.
3. Press and hold both the LOCK and UNLOCK buttons together on the first transmitter to
be programmed. After about 15 seconds, the vehicle will respond by locking and
unlocking the doors. Release the buttons on the transmitter.

4. Within one minute, repeat the previous step on the remaining transmitters to be
programmed.

5. Remove jumper wire applied to the OBDII Port.
