Should be located under driver side dash under a panel, on some models they are lined up underneath the hood in thin black plastic boxes that usually have fuses/relays etched into them

SOURCE: Replace/fix starter on 1991 Lexus LS400

Not too bad. Not much room, just enough to drop the starter. It is probably easier to go up through exhaust if you can get your exhaust shield off the manifold .

SOURCE: how do i reset brake ware indicator

The brake wear indicator is a small metal stone-like sensor that attaches to the brake pad. Once the pad wears down to a certain level, it begins wearing into the sensor, breaking the circuit open.

Once the light has come on, the appropriate sensor (front or rear) must be replaced to return functionality.
Factory brake pads usually come with new sensors. Aftermarkets do not, and often have no provisions for attaching them either.

Alternately, you can bypass the brake level sensors by splicing the two wires for the sensor together. You will no longer have brake level warnings if you do this however.

Having problems with shift button on 91 Lexus LS400 it gets stuck on Park. I press on break no response.

Could be a bad brake light switch or the solenoid itself or wiring. See if brake lights work. If they don't then check brake light fuse, if thats ok then check at the brake switch for power or jump the two wire plug lights should light and shifter work unless solenoid bad. Good luck

My hazards and turn signal lights do not work. I own a 91 lexus ls400! So far I've replaced the flasher relay under the dash. But they still don't work. Help please!

Have you checked fuses? Test them, don't rely on being able to see they're blown as they'll sometimes have a fine crack that's hard to see.

2000 Lexus LS400 Instrument panel fuse

It's more likely a fuse is blown, the tail lights are on the same fuse as the dash illumination, check the tail lights if they are not working replace the fuse marked 'tail' in the fuse panel on the inside at the left side of the dash under the cover. At the same time check the 'gauge' fuse', there is a fuse location diagram on the cover.

Where is the brake light and tail light relay located on a 1993 lexus ls400

Most relays are under the hood in the fuse box or a separate relay box. Diagrams should be on the underside of the covers

Either your stop light fuse is blown or your brake switch is bad.
