Not sure were to start i did find somwere it said i had to remove the radio and get serial number and take to dealer but if there is another way i would rather do that
Code P0133 indicates the engine air fuel ratio is not being adjusted by the oxygen sensor signal or the ECM as expected to do so, or not adjusted as often as expected to do so once the engine is warmed or under normal engine use.
This may mean that one or more of the following has happened:
The oxygen sensor is faulty The wiring to the sensor is broken / frayed.
There is an exhaust leak.
Testimonial: "ok thank you ill check that out"
The simplest thing to do is to reset the code and see if it comes back.
If the code comes back, the problem is more than likely the front Bank 1 oxygen sensor. You will likely wind up replacing it but you should also consider these possible solutions:
Testimonial: "thank you thank you will most def. check all the above"
Code p 0133 has 3 references
1 heated oxygen sensor (HO2S) 1 bank 1---slow response ===causes--heating inoperative--wiring---HO2S
2--oxygen sensor(O2S) 1 bank 1---slow response --===causes --wiring---O2S
3---heated oxyhen sensor (HO2S) -1 bank 1-- no signal===causes wiring ---HO2S
The HO2S is the unit in the exhaust manifold or before the cat converter and is subject to wire failure at the unit
use the correct socket when replacing it as the wires are fragile and easily damaged

When the Check Engine light/Service Engine Soon is turned on the computer control unit (called the PCM) has sensed a fault in the electronic controls of the engine/powertrain and/or the emission control system. When this happens you will seldom feel the car engine run any different. There are about 200 possible faults that turn the Check Engine light on, to know what has developed a problem you must have the system tested, this is called an OBD2 fault code test, Kragen and Autozone parts stores do this testing for free.
