Most are vacuum operated, maybe a broken, leaking or clogged vacuum line. If electric maybe a corroded or broke wire.

I think the headlight switch sends power to a relay that powers the two motors that open and close the doors. Could be a faulty motor.
You might try an internet search on the sealant or check with a local body shop for tips.

Fuse 16 keeps blowing when ignition is turned on (fuse for headlights), 1996 honda accord.

You have a short somewhere in the headlight wiring. I would start by unplugging the headlights and see if it still blows. If so then you might need to trace the wiring back (with the negative battery unplugged) and find where the wires are touching. If it doesn't blow with the headlights unplugged then you should just need to replace the headlights.

disconnect battery for about 10 minutes. then reconnect. gives alarm time to reset and everything should be working fine.
when headlight went out it broke the circuit to alarm . now all you have to do is reset. ez
