Anti theft won't make the key stick. Does it turn all the way off? If not, there is a solenoid at the shifter that is bad or no power to it. Or your battery could be run down..

You cannot disable it as the anti thief is part of the computer that runs the car.... darn... thief's everywhere have been protesting that very problem... oh and they requested an extra key to be hidden on the bumper to...
your vehicle is in anti thief mode. did you change key? sensor in column is not working or doesn't see correct key.is thief light flashing? if not you have other issues..
I replaced my computer at 53,000 miles and it starts up OK now with an occasional issue with starting like it has crud in the line or something, but the resetting the key after a miss does require the 15 minute wait. Had to do it once since the computer was replaced, but the issue before was the anti-theft system would shut it down after starting every time requiring a tow truck to get it to the shop. $700 for the computer chip replacement.
This is the anti-theft system working properly. The vehicle has lost communication with the key and it this causes it to go into theft mode. This can happen randomly, or if the battery in the vehicle was replaced. Unfortunately this means a trip to the dealership to have them reprogram a key.

It could be your anti-thief system. Try turning your key to the on position but don't try to start the car. Leave it in the on position for 10 min. Your security light on the dash should stay on throught the process but will go out after the 10 mins. When you see it go off turn your key back off then start your car. If it starts, you just reset your anti-thief system. There are ways to bypass this system. I don't remember the web sights. Good luck.
there is no easy way. the problem is most likely the key tumbler failed and a code will indicate this. if it was easy to bypass the security it wouldnt be security.
