did you check the switch to the control cluster ? incase you dont know what im talkin about the switch that turns it on and off and adjusts speed? if its not that then do you have a blown fuse becouse the blower moter has an independant fuse some times in the fuse box there may be 2 1 in the car and the other under the hood try that let me know if its fixed

I had the same problem with mine. I just a ran a power wire from mine straight to the battery with a fusible link 30 amp. Havent had any problems since and its just been about a year now. Hope that helps
The fans only come onwhen temperature rises. It is controlled by a temperature sensor. Check with dealer before you burn up engine.
