2002 Hyundai Elantra 2.0L Engine Replacement .... problem getting my transmission out of my elauntra 2001 its all ready to come out, but wont!
If you do not have technical proficiency seek the advice of a mechanic... if you mean replacing a faulty engine.
If you mean that you want to change for a more powerful engine, from a different vehicle perhaps, then you should contact somebody with far east vehicles, somebody with experience of toyota/honda/proton/kia/ etc.
It may be that there is a more powerful engine in variants of that model, check online for dettails of the model range, you might find something more powerful, if that is what you are looking for. That is probably your best bet as the parts for a straightforward swap will be easily purchaseable

Get the blower motor re-inspected. If its faulty it has to be replaced.

It
can be faulty blower motor or faulty blower motor resistor. Get the blower
motor inspected.If its faulty it has to be replaced.
