Wont start have spark, have fuel to intake at psi check port will start with small shot ether but not run.
Throttle body injection I assume , watch butterfly on injector and c if it injects fuel , if it starts w ether but shuts off its still not getting fuel into cylenders and since your fuel pressure to engine is normal , the problem is in the throttle body or injection ..possible electrical ...if for some reason u still have a carbureted engine hit me back up it could be sumin diff
Change your plugs and then shoot some carb fluids while trying to start. Problem solved.
If the vehicle has some kind of immobilizer or security that could be why it is not starting. Make sure you are using the master key and it is good and "mated" to the vehicle. Also, if there are any fault codes due to a check engine light, or service engine soon light that could help solve the problem if you post them here

I have the same problem. There is an updated p.c.m. that controles the injecter pulse widthas at lower pulse. First replace your fuel filter(the check valve is stuck returning fuel back to the tand and letting minimal fuel to the engine. Next look at your coolant temp. senser and make sure it is not corroded it is vital that the senser give perfect input or the vehicle will run lean or rich. Try these before buying the updated computer. My truck run, great after i replaced these items, I know it is frustrateing it pissed me off because ther where no codes in the p.c.m. period

You said you have fuel pressure but what is it? It has to be 55 psi or it won't even try.

It sounds like you have a pin hole in the hose that goes to the fuel pump in the gas tank. The pump is mounted on springs and it is common for the plastic hose to get a hole rubbed in it from one of the springs. This usually cause the vehicle to be real hard to get started when it is cold.
