The leak on the passenger side is the hose on the small radiator we call the heater: engine coolant cycles through the engine gets hot then; flows through the heater radiator and a fan sends the heat into the cabin. you are losing coolant from a broken hose attached to the heater radiator; since the coolant leaks out onto the passenger side floor you do not have enough coolant in your engine thus: the temperature of your engine rises.

Hi, maybe you have a faulty water pump or gasket, it's better that a mechanic check it as soon it's possible.

Yukon with a external coolant leak.A shop did a pressure test said it was the intake manifold gasket and a seep on driver side radiator. There is no moisture anywhere to be found in those areas

Many times when the intake manifold gasket is bad...it leaks internally into the heads/crankcase...be sure to check oil level...the missing coolant will be in the motor, preparing to do damage...get a second opinion as this is a costly repair...is your motor running hot?

Half of my radiator is hot and the other half cold, my 2001 cadillac deville running hot

Sounds like you have a clogged radiator, i would recommend trying to flush it out before replacing it.

How can i tell if my waterpump is bad? shut the car off and came out later to anti freeze in the driveway

If it's leaking that bad, open the hood take off radiator cap and fill with water (without making a mess and spilling a bunch. Then simply watch for where the leak is at, if it's leaking from a hose, the radiator, or from around the area where the belt is located on the passenger side of the engine compartment. If it's leaking from the passenger side around the belt area your water pump is the most common cause. They are made so when the bearing wears out around the shaft the pulley bolts, it has what are called weep holes and the water just runs out to tell you to replace the water pump.

Wet floor on the passanger side in front and behind front seat. took out front seat and nothing. 2003 yukon xl 1500 2 wheel drive

Check your radiator fluid level, if it is low it is a good chance your heater core or the hose to the heater core has a leak. The heater core is a small version of a radiator which has the air from the blower blow across it to force warm air into the cabin of the vehicle. You will need to probe under the passenger's dash to locate the leak.

Leaking anifreeze and gets hot but not from radiator causes windshield to fog up smoke coming from passenger side and seems to be leaking from the middle of the truck

Do you have any coolant on the passenger side floor board? Coolant causing the radiator to fog up is a symptom of a leaking heater core.

My radiator fluid had drain into the floor board of the front passenger side..How could that have happened, where might the problem be?

You have a heater core leaking. The vehicle has a small radiator looking part, that the radiator fluid flows threw, and of course,is hot.The blower motor blows threw the heater core, and gives off heat. When they devellope a hole,or a crack in them, they leak. These leak into the floor board.I hope this helps you ,and if so,please let us know.Thank you.

Top radiator hose is HOT, radiator is steaming

have u replaced the radiator and hoses? Thermostat could also be stuck open. Water pump could also be your issue. with motor cool and of remove radiator cap(cap may be bad as well) top-off fluid and start car check for fluid flow with flashlight. Water pumps typically leak from what is called a weep hole when the shaft seal fails. Yours will be located under the timing cover (drivers side) running of the timing belt.
Hit me up after u have check on these.

Oddball Coolant Leak Chevy 350

you need to put a pressure tester on it to see where the leak really is. if you have use of a hoist,it is handy because heater cores can leak and the water can run down in a remote location and fool you into thinking it is somewhere else.
