Usa car, not Holden made. my 2nd post here same car same issue.
heater blower, motor.
dead,
hot wire blower, work now?
got 12vdc to blower power pins on HIGH?
yes, no.
this is first way before ripping dash asunder...
the motor is DC, and not AC.

the job here is to see.
1: lost power, Fuse, wires. learn to use a voltmeter, its easy.
2: controls failing?
3: motor dead.
in that order. or waste 8hours, labor for nothing.

now ill read the schematic for you, on alldata.com
ok the real hit list not BS, or bsa

1: cb15 blown, marked, electr ig, in dash box.
2:EB16 main 100am fuse blown that feeds
3: A/C heater relay bad.
4: now the tricky part, isuzu BS to the max, the run 2 fuses in parallel now. here, called EB5 and 6 (EB= engine bay box)
then power goes to motor +
5:motor minus wire goes to the switch fuse. and on high goes to ground like a shot.
seen here. 5 fuses total, a world record for sorts.
warning it love to blow fuse 5 or 6, and if you try to run it on one fuse the other glow BAM pronto. real junk here... by isuzu.
15a + 15a fuse = 30amps this silly way, and issues.

My fan does not work on any of the four speed sett - 25947762-cuce0wieux21mzdophu4q5ww-4-0.jpg got 12vdc to top pin on motor? above.
got 12vdc to bottom pin of motor if yes, the switch is failing
remove blower resist and check all paths for 0 ohms.
if not ,zero its bad and for sure that thermfuse there.

Blower motor resistor

Locate the blower motor and look around the outside and close to the motor for a 2-by-3-inch plate held on by two or four small screws. There will be an electrical connector plugged into it with five or six wires, depending on the vehicle type and heating and air conditioning type of control panel.
Test the resistor before replacing it. It is always recommended to test any electronic unit before replacing because there are a multitude of things that could cause the same symptoms. It only takes a few minutes and can qualify the assumption that a part is bad. It will save money to replace or repair the right part the first time.
Check the speeds by turning the fan conrol to all positions. Take note which fan speeds work and which speeds do not work. If the fan works only on one speed the blower motor resistor is very likely bad.

Check the fuses if the fan speeds do not work. The fuses for the interior heating and air conditioning fan are usually under the hood in the fuse and relay center. If the fuse looks good, then take it out and turn the ignition key on and use the volt meter set at 20 volts DC. Check to make sure that there is voltage to the fuse. If not, check for an open circuit to the fuse.

Check the relay to determine if there is power at the fuse. The relay should have two of the four terminals showing power. With the key on and the fan turned on, remove the relay and put it back in, listening for it to click. If it does not click, then replace the relay.

Check the voltage at the electrical connector on the blower motor resistor to see if the fuse and relay are good. Make sure that power is present at the connector with the key on and the fan switch on. There should be power at two terminals of the blower motor resistor. If only one terminal has power, replace the resistor. If two terminals have power, replace the blower motor itself. Remove the screws and unplug the connector to remove the blower motor resistor. Put the new one in its place by screwing it back in and plugging in the wiring connector.

Heat quit blowing? not blowing at all could it be a fuse? 1991 chevy astro van

If you mean the fan is not blowing, yes it could be the fuse, check all the fuses with a test lamp ( you can buy these from most auto parts stores and they are quite cheap) and have the ignition turned on but the engine NOT running. This may also be the fan speed resistor. This gives you the different speeds and is usually located in the fan housing under the dash. It will have a wiring connector with at least four wires and the resistor is usually screwed into the fan housing. To test it, you will need access to a multi meter and a good set of eyes. Look for an obvious break in the connecting wires on the resistor and check the continuity of each section with the multi meter.
If it is damaged or has lost continuity, replace it. If the fuse is blown and it blows a replacement fuse, check the resistor and the motor for shorts to ground. A motor which is jammed and cannot rotate will also blow the fuse.

2005 gmc sierra heater fan quit working. I lost the fifth speed months ago and a couple of days ago lost the other four, the first day the fan would come on sometimes while driving then quit after a while...

1-4 speed are the blower motor resister . It controls all 1-4 speeds, also it's under the passanger side dash around fan, the 5th speed runs off a fuse the is located in the fuse box. It's one of those square fuses , not the relays but fuses. The resister will run $15 and fuse $5 . Good luck. I have replace these before

My 98 deville wont blow heat or air, what can cause this?

A bad blower motor can cause this. Also a be fuse can be the culprit. There is a separate fuse for speeds 1-4 and another one for speed 5(or 4 if there is only 4). The fuses will be labeled fan low and fan high. If the fuses check out than it is probably the motor itself. It bolts up under the passenger side of the dash with three or four 7mm bolts. Also there will be a two to four wire harness involved. This is not too difficult of a job to do if you have the time and want to save the money. The hardest part is getting under the dash comfortable enough to work. Please let me know if this helps! Thanks!

We have a 2002 villager, the fan only works on Hi setting, Checked the 20 Amp fuse in the panel to the left of the steering column, as well as the larger fuse in the engine compartment. Both are fine. Is...

The blower motor doesn't use a different fuse depending on the speed. The most common cause for your concern is bad blower motor resistors. The resistors lower the voltage to the blower motor so it doesn't turn at full speed when you have it set to fan speed 1. When the resistors blow out the only setting that works is full speed because it doesn't go through the resistor.

Subject: 2004 isuzu rodeo...my ac/heater blower is not working

The resistors are in circuit only on the lower fan speed settings.
On the highest speed setting, power is switched directly to the fan motor.
Check fan power supply fuses,
Check power is available to the fan when high speed selected.
If all above OK, apply power directly to the motor to verify fan motor runs- if it doesn't the motor may need replacement/repair.
