Before you go and replace the regulator you should use a 12 volt tester to see if your getting power to the Motor first . if your not check the switch next if there is power there look at the door jam for broken wires this is a common problem. if the motor needs replaced then tape the window in the up position , Drill out the rivets and remove the power wire and the the motor the replacement motor will come with bolt nuts and washers , if not you will need a rivet gun for the replacment rivets . just revers your steps to install. remember when working on any type of power units always disconnect the ground terminal on the battery.(Black) lead to the battery, Good Luck !
Unfasten the bolts (1) and remove window regulator
To install:
NOTE:By removing window regulator motor, gearing shifts, it is not centered
For replacement part carrier assemblies, the gearing is secured in place with a cable tie (1)
