Your seat belt locks have tenstioner switches attached to them.If you look under the seats you will see the wires.Disconnect the wires from the plugs and clean and replace.you should put the fuse back in and try.Good luck.

Here's a quick check list for most common cost of SRS / Air bag problem.

Dirty contacts on driver and passenger seat belt buckles

Dirty contacts on seat belt connectors (under seats)

Dirty contacts on driver and passenger sides weight sensors (under seat)

Seat covers

Weight on passenger seat
(Example: grocery package trigger SRS / Air Bag light on the way home.)

I recommend you to pass an vacuum over the contacts and use CRC electronic parts cleaner to rule out connectivity problem.

I DO NOT recommend disconnecting the negative battery connector to clean the code(s).

Without the code(s) the dealer will takes "BILLABLE" time to reproduce the problem.

Srs indicator on, horn not working

Honda has had an issue with the seat belt sensor not working properly causing the SRS light even when buckled. Horn is likely unrelated. Test horn but checking for 12v at plug at horn. If 12v at horn, then replace horn. If no 12v, then check horn fuse.

My 2001 honda crv SRS light is always on. Just bought the vehicle.

This has to do with the vehicles Safety Restraint System(airbags). This should be taken to the dealer and scanned for codes. Once you have the code/s then we can diagnose a little bit better and I can point you into the right direction of repair.

Climate Controls/radio unit was stolen from my 2000 Honda cr-V

I'm assuming you don't have full coverage insurance to claim the theft for. If you do, it's the better way to go.
You will need a complete list of what was taken as far as the control panel and everything behind it. I would check junk yards for your model car. I would also join a Honda car forum, these guys are pretty knowledgeable about what you'd need to buy, they'll probably ask for pictures.

Trouble lights on dash

Hey, The SRS mean " Suplement Restrain System"

Or Air Bag System.

If you have the SRS light, you have problem with the Air bag system. and need to take codes to see what happen or what is damaged.
Honda 2000 Accord come with a yellow connector behind of the Instrument panel fuse box. That is used to take manual codes from the SRS computer.. to see the problem.

I hope this respond your question,

Thank's
