have you checked your fuses headlights ,tail lights and brake lights are all on one fuse .then if the fuse is ok check to see if the bulbs are all ok.better still replace them.and then do the same as for the fuse for your wipers

remove the bulb thats out, check the socket it's in for burnt contacts as this is common. if the contacts are burnt check the metal contacts on the tail light assembly, if they are burnt you will have to replace the whole assembly. if they are ok replace the bulb and socket

Replace the brake light switch

common for the brake lights to stay on but not tail lights are you sure its tail lights ? if it is are the front side lights on ?

LOOKED UP MY HAYNES WORKSHOP MANUAL (WIRING DIAGRAMS) WORKS WITH THE POWER SUPPLY CONTROL UNIT, THERE IS ONLY ONE FUSE ON THE DIAGRAM FOR HEADLIGHTS ,SIDE, TAIL AND THATS FOR THE WHOLE ELECTRICAL SYSTEM 150AMPS RIGHT NEXT TO BATTERY.............. HOPE I HAVE BEEN OF SOME HELP TO YOU..

(Y) Audi A4 REAR NO.PLATE LGHT INOP. Warning light stays on but bulbs have been replaced and no fuse problem as all checked and ok????
