Does the starter make a noise when you crank it? If not, first make sure you have 12+ volts in the battery and good battery connections. If the battery has less that 9 volts, then replace the battery. Try using a jumper box or a set of jumper cables from another vehicle to start the car. If you can see the starter, have someone strike it with a hammer while turning the key to the crank position. If it starts, replace the starter.
You said that you replaced the battery so in either case of new or another battery have a load test done as what you describe indicates a failing cell in the battery or loose t/dirty terminals.
Check power to the starter motor solenoid. If this is getting power when cranking, then the issue is with the starter motor solenoid or starter motor. Replace.
Sounds like your battery is just too dead, has enough juice to light up the system for a minute but cranking drains it and if it wont charge then deff fried, you could try removing the battery and starting the car with cables to confirm the starter still works. If a bettery is too dead then when you are jumping it, it takes to much of the power just trying to get through the battery.
yea got get you more troubles just check the alternator is charging well and no battery light on dashboard it indicate the bad alternator monitor your battery if it got old and cannot hold the charge any more you said when you used another one your car turned on
