Got dynavi in my bmw 318ci e46 touch screen not working as blocked symbol and chinese writing underneath ? tried reset but still the same radio, cd still work help please going insane

i had the same problem. when you press the close/open button can you hear clicking noise under the pannel? if yes, you will hawe to chenge the relay. only place to get it is from this site: http://www.bmwgm5.com/GM5_FW_Relays.htm

If you took this in and had BMW do the work to fix it and it is not fixed why do you not return to BMW and get it fixed, If you have paid for a repair and the repair did not solve the problem have them refund your money.
