Better late then never, for archive purposes:

It sounds like when your driving without any capacity left in the main battery. The system fully relies on the gas-motor, hence the increased revs... Now this could be a problem with the batteries and/or the electric system, however this should result in warning messages and fault errors. However (I don't know if this is the case here), same 'symptoms' will also occur when its really cold. When summer kicks in, you notice thats the battery has more capacity en sensors will release more power from the electric system. This is not an error.

This is a typical symptom, in autos, of a failed shift solenoid, preventing the trans from finding low gear.

In a manual it may mean your clutch is worn out and slipping.

1 check the 12 volt battery
i have replaced 3 car batteries on my 2001 Prius, purchased in 2001 15 years ago,
that small battery is the primary battery for all onboard computers and must have 11 volts when starting, I noted a poor response when that battery gets week.
2 check your codes with a scan tool or take it to a shop who will read it for free. Note all codes and write them down
codes that start with P3000 and up may indicate something wrong with the Hybird system, common codes like P3011 - P3019 indicates a faulty battery pack.
once I got a P011 and P013 with the master warning was on. It was time to replace the Hybird HV battery. 188,500 miles
hope this helps

SOURCE: lack of power when climbing hills and slow to pick up speed

It sounds like your vehicle needs a major tune-up. Try putting in some fuel injector cleaner gas additive and a new air intake filter.

SOURCE: my 1993 toyota camry V6 has slow take off i can

Sounds like a timing issue. Was your timing belt recently changed or have you serviced this at all?? I work on these v-6 motors the 3VZFEs and the 1MZFEs. Many mechanics that perform timing belt replacement on these V-6s, improperly set the rear cam sprocket to mark causing offset timing. These engines will still run almost normal(no missfire) or may encounter very low idle and very lowend power, run hot or have a very slow takeoff. Have the timing checked, if offset have an experienced toyota mechanic work on it.

Try changing out your distributer cap and rotor button. Let me know if that solves your problem.

SOURCE: 98 Corolla stalls or stumbles when cold

It sounds like you may have picked up some small debris from the bottom of the gas tank when you ran it empty. You may need to run a fuel/injector cleaning solution through the next tank of gas to clear the debris and consider changing your fuel filter too. Sea Foam is a great fuel additive and I recomment trying it full strength. Hope this helps!

I'd replace the fuel filter. It's easiest if you use a toggle joint adapter with your socket and ratchet.

Speed is lesser and smoke releases through salencer

Smoke on the exhaust shows an indication of the fault on the car engine. A blue smoke is an indication of fuel loss, a blue smoke also indicates that oil is burning due to cylinder lining or rings failure. Also blck smoke indicates high acceleration specially in diesel engines and also can be an indicator of a poor engine state.
Also if the silencer is clogged it can show up black smoke on acceleration. It will be best to check for oil use, cylinder compression and fuel use so that you can get an inference on the fault.

1994 honda civic 1.5 16v stalling after pressing accelerator from idle

Another place to look is your IAC, or Idle air control valve. It is bolted to the back of the intake manifold, and can be removed and cleaned. It is usually the cause of most Honda Idle problems.

I have the same car. So far no problems with the Transmision. I had the Trans oil change out every 60 K Sure sounds like you need to get the Transmision checked. Is the fault light on. I have invested ina fault code reader sure is worth it.
Good luck.  Vilmos
