Does anyone have a wiring dia. for this diesel truck??

No make or model stated, just engine size and that it's diesel. VIN Number is no use to anyone apart from a car theft ring.

First clear all the codes. If the codes come back and are all pointing to the sensor, you just change it for a new one. Unless you have a $3,500 scan tool computer, you can't possibly tell that the sensor is working perfectly. Your ELM327 is the most basic of Bluetooth module scanners.

Find shop that has Mitchell On Demand--They can print it out for you. There may be a charge involved.

I don't know a lot about these trucks but I can tell you that somewhere between the spin-on fuel filter and the I.P. (injection pump) is a 1.5" dia X 4" long steel primer. Just under the top of it is a spring. You will need to loosen or open the "Fuel supply line", at the I.P. (going from the filter, to the pump) and manually pump the fuel primer. Continue pumping the fuel primer until diesel flow from the opening. Quickly close off the drain-port or fuel-line, pump the primer a few more times (to increase line pressure and try to start your vehicle. After it starts, check for leaks. It screws into the fuel-rail. The Fuel Temperature Sensor is hard to see. It is on the top of the motor, more to the rear (closer to the fire wal)l, and more on the left side (drivers side). You will see a blue, 3" dia. hose (charged air), the sensor is below that hose.

If it is a bolt 3/8 dia. hard grade 8 it is 45 foot pounds if it's the tork head grade 8 it's 35 psi.
