SOURCE: My sunroof is stuck open on my 1999 jeep grand cherokee laredo? Would it be a fuse? If so, how do you change it?

Definitely, you'll have to take a look to see if any obstruction is visible. To check the fuses first you'll need to find them. The fuse block cover should illustrate what each fuse is for. You can visibly check the fuses, with a flashlight. Just take a look at the sunroof fuse and check that its not burned. That the metal inside goes from one side to the other and its not burned or broken. You can use a test light or a multimeter, a test-light will do. I usually check them visibly, its obvious when you have a blown fuse just by looking at it. Its better just to pull out the suspected fuse to check it.

If you hear motor hum than it's probably a bad rail part. I have the same plastic rail part and both sides broke. Can't find a replacement anywhere.

My 2006 grand vitara tail lights are out I checked the fuses and there good I did notice that my license plate light went out first and than my tail lights could that possibly be the problem?

USA car, non export is my answer and no trailer mods.
Not RENEGADE
no Canada DRL options, right?
are the FRONT PARKS OUT TOO????? my shoe drops.!

so putting in 1 new bulb not fix 1? easy huh>?
did you scan the PCM for errors, DTC errors>
this year has digital controls for that.
the tail lights are really parking lights and are on all 4 corners not just tail. so are they all dead.? and the cab illumination in cluster
in PARK dead?

the BCM puter, closes the park relay on your command(digital)
this feeds 2 fuses rear, 7 an 9 (for both ends of car !!!)
9right
7 left rear and license.
so if 7 and 9 are good then the relay is not closing or bad.?

so in a shop we check fuse 7 and 9 , live, with voltmeter
12vdc both sides, parks ON,
if not 12v the relay is bad or not ON.
so we scan to PCM to see if the BCM sees errors
like "lost park output"
or see CANbus comm errors.
causing the loss of the park command to BCM

BCM means body puter.

not complex but BCM most close the relay !!!
12volts across that coil, or there will be no parks.

25453770-z53v0bh0zacy3ra2sk1gfmgn-2-0.jpg BTW the word tail only works on 1920 fords, had only 1 tail light
the parking light run about 20 lamps all over car. and in front of car.
the front lamp marked tail would be ODD.
but I know what you mean.

My 2008 suzuki grand vitara keeps blowing the fuses for the ACC outlets. both are 15AMP, but even with nothing plugged in, nothing down in the outlets and even with larger AMP fuses, they keep blowin

If you use too large a fuse, the wiring can catch on fire, and the whole car could burn up. You'll need an auto electrician to trace that problem. You can remove any bulb and unplug any device that is on the Acc(essories?) circuit; then see if a fuse will stay; start replacing items till you blow the fuse. It seems like a dead short which can surely melt wires if you keep taking chances. good luck.
