SOURCE: replacing headlight on 2004 trailblazer

should be 2 small rods that you rotate and pull up on, then the whole light assembly should pull off, giving you access to the bulbs.

SOURCE: The headlight socket on my 2004 chevrolet trailblazer has come off what do do?

You can usually get an electrical socket from the parts store and wire it in. Last place is the Dealership (stealership).

If you are talking headlight mounting socket or etc, they are available at the junkyard, some parts stores, or at car-parts.com

Need instructions for replacing right head lamp for a 2004 Chev trailblazer

You have to remove the holder clip for the grill, plus remove a few bolts holding the headlight assembly to pull the headlight away far enough to remove the bulb holder. You can try to squeeze your hand in there to get to it, but you'd have to have small small hands.

Instructions to change 2004 Trailblazer headlight

Go to www.trailvoy and search the forums for change trailblazer headlight. Basically there are two ways, I will abbreviate. 1. Contort your hands to pull of the rubber caps - on the passenger side you will have to remove the air filter box. 2. remove the grill and pull out the entire headlight assemblies. I have done it both ways. For just headlights I suggest method 1. For turn signals, etc you will need to use method 2.

Adjusting my headlight, it's aiming too high

There should be two adjusting screws accessable without removing bezel. one on top is up-down other is in-out. generally when adjusting down this will cause the light to move slightly out. So check that while moving it and correct as necessary.
