Could still be the alternator. I've had replacements go bad in days. You can have the alternator tested for free at most auto parts places.

Do you have trailer hitch with trailer wiring? Also check tail light housings for water intrusion.

13 volts or over is plenty of charge for the battery the battery voltage is 12 ?

your security system has locked u out, try this procedure, 1st lock and unlock the driver door with the key, then follow these instructions.
PASSKEY LOCKOUT RESET GM CARS 1999 UP
1) Put the key in the ignition and turn to the "ON" position. Leave it that way for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes turn the key and take it out. Repeat this process (2) more times (3 times, 30 minutes total) This should reset the PASSKEY system to recognize your key

It seems like some sensor is faulty, might be the temperature control sensor on the pump. Best option is to get a diagnostics done on it and you will know straight away, filter is the last thing I would do as according to what you wrote it runs ok when engine gets some warm.

gmc had a recall for that problem. It is the switch under the break pedel was installed wrong during manufacturing. Took mine in and they replaced switch.

sounds like plugs and wires need replacing. Do a good tune up and see if it fixes it.

Have hadlights aimed. Sounds like they are aimed too low. This happens as the sprnigs sag in the front more that in the back due to the increased load on the front.
