Very loud howling noise coming from front driver's side; replaced the wheel bearing 3 times within a month, and the problem is still there.

Have you checked you tire closely.Change it with the one on the other side and see if the sound transfer to that side.

I have a very loud humming/howling noise under my feet when driving. I do no that I need a cv boot. Can that cause this loud noise?

A humming or howling can be cause by a dry, worn out wheel bearing. Also tires that aren't worn evenly across the contact surface of the tire will cause a wheel bearing like noise.

Loud howling noise that get louder when I speed up and softer when I slow down

You need to try and localize the area the noise is coming from, engine area, underneath of car or in the rear. Does the noise happen when car is standing still and gas is pressed? This kind of noise could come from a worn wheel bearing or differential.

I have a loud howling noise coming from rear end.it does it when i am on and off the throttle and it is very loud.2004 dodge slt4x4 5.7 hemi

Hello! This could be from a few things - you could have a differential pinion gear that is misaligned and that will cause a howling noise - or it could also be a wheel bearing. Check your differential fluid and it might be worthwhile changing it.

Hope this helps and good luck!

Front end noise - Basically really loud "howl" when driving

Try jacking your vehicle up and turning the tires. listen for any odd noise like a grinding sound, wheels hubs have been known to make a grinding noise when they go bad.
