Run the motor and just use the hand brake if it runs ok then apply the foot brake and if it dies then the brake booster is suspect as it is letting in too much air (vacuum leak)

A very possible problem could be a clogged fuel filter. Is there a Check engine light?
SOURCE: toyota tercel 95 no have spark in the sparplug
If not cranks at all check the battery for charge, starter, fuses
If cranks no start check wiring(replace) , distributor cap (replace), rotor, ignition coil
