The flexible accordion hose that connects the MAF to the throttle body might have a small crack in it. They are sometimes hard to see, especially if in the accordion folds or underneath. Starting off or going uphill will result in enough torque to lift one side of the engine enough to open the crack and cause hesitation.
There are so many possible causes: Worn/defective spark plugs, dirty fuel injectors, vacuum leak, ignition coil, sensor problem...Have you done any diagnostics at all?

ur injectors r in trouble-not spraying a mist for proper burn-cud be a computer/sensor issue-hav car scanned today at a parts place--injectors may need to professionally cleaned-specially inner ones
