You will have to repost and reword this problem... you say it wont move, but that it loses power while driving. how is it losing power while driving if it wont move?
My 95 Geo did the same thing. It had vibration problems for yrs and my uncles told me it was the harmonic balancer that I should replace it before I messed up my engine. I never did sorry to I should have listened. My car started to putter and stutter until one day it wouldn't couldn't go above 10MPH. I replaced the Catalytic converter and my car wouldn't even go. Took it to a mechanic, the crankshaft pulley was all out of alignment and had messed up the crankshaft rod. It would cost $700 to fix. I didn't have the money so he welded the shaft a little straighter; enough to get the pulley back on but I still have to change it he said that If I kept that pulley on it would continue to mess up. It's been running for about two weeks but It seems to making the noise again. I'm working on getting the pulley and I'll let you know how it goes. I hope that it is the same problem I have that way you know how to fix it.
