I need a diagram for throttle linkage on Holley model # 4011 trying to install the Holley in my 1984 Chevrolet

SOURCE: TRANSMISSION KICK DOWN CABLE ADJUSTMENT

On the cable where it conects to the bracket is a plastic "C" clip. pull this clip up or out( depending on how it is situated now. Take the throttle on the carb to WIDE OPEN. hold it there and push the clip back in to hold the setting. Check the throttle linkage to assure you are getting WOT when you depress the foot feed to the floor. DO NOT DO THIS WITH THE ENGINE RUNNING. Running and engine at WOT with no load is BAD. there are many different adapters. Summit has a wide selection of them for cheap.

Hopefully this diagram will help. As for the belt sizes, I would suggest using a thick nylon rope routed around the pulleys and then measuring the length. When purchasing the belts enquire as to the store's exchange policy in case you get it wrong.

There might be a Holley carburetor repair and operation manual at a public library near you. After all, once you get the linkage set up, a manual could help you tune it right in for best performance.

Try google search of the Holley 4011. You might find pics of one sitting on the engine, all hooked up.

I installed a holley 4 barrel carburetor in my 1983 buick regal , but it starts fine but won't idle ?
Check your vacuum hoses. Holley aftermarket may not have as many vacuum ports as OEM QuadraJets, and you may have a vacuum line that isn't plugged into anything...or you may have a vacuum leak around the carb base gasket. Also, does the Holley have an electric or manual choke? Is it connected?

The 1986 Ranger V-6 was a 2.8L 170.4 cu or 2792 cc.
The carb for this engine was a 2 BBL Model 2150, E37E-AEA (Will not cross except for re-build kits!)
The Holley remanufactured PN is 645544

Autozone lists 3 carbs... one for manual trans one for auto trans and one other:

What kind of carburter do I need for a 1984 firebird
If you have the original engine, likely it's a Quadrajet if it's 4bbl, or another possibility is a Rochester 2gc. The Quadrajet is a modified version with a purge valve solenoid and a throttle position sensor built into it. (funny to see your post because I just took one off a Montecarlo this morning....did a vorteck head swap, cam, high perf. intake, headers and a way larger Holley carb)

Hi!!
In order to better assist you, please provide the carburetor part #, it is located as follows: On Carter Carburetors, the number is stamped on the left rear foot of throttle body on vertical surface near bolt hole. The Carburetor number is preceded by the letters "TQ" and followed by an "S". On Holley Carburetors, the number is stamped on main body flange. It is in front of the lever, controlled by throttle position transducer, under the choke vacuum diaphragm. The Carburetor number is preceded by the letter "R" and followed by an "A".

check your timing and check your fuel presser ... fuel presser should be around 7 lbs ...

How to put on a Holley carburetor on my 1984 camaro? I am taking off an electrical one and replacing it with a single pumper holley. Is their any thing else i will have to purchase?
What do you mean "electrical one?" If you are taking off a Quadrajet, and putting the Holley on, NO it will not fit, You will need to replace the intake manifold.
