Hi,please i need your help.When i try to start my car,on the screen show me that engine disabled,please i need your help.

You need an auto-electrician to connect a code reader or a pro grade scan tool computer that can scan data in real time. It will tell what is happening when the car starts to fail.

Anti-theft problem ? Security light lit on the instrument cluster ? Have check for DTC'S - diagnostic trouble codes . The PCM - engine computer disables the fuel injectors .

are you sure it was the fuel filter the actual problem? may be the fuel pump went out? check to see if you have fuel in the tank some mechanics put some fuel in the fuel filter just like they do with the oild filter.

Hi Danny, I would have both the vehicle and the remote fob batteries checked and if required, replaced. Cold weather can and does show up problems with batteries. It would also be a good idea to have a diagnostic scan carried out on your vehicle, just to be on the safe side. Regards John

first most GM OEM systems will need to recognize the key first and foremost ,to do that you will need to roll window down on driver door,turn the key to the run position and with engine NOT running leave the key on for 10 minutes exactly ..then turn ignition off then try to start engine. if original system is working engine should start normally

it may be the immobiliser,,, and then it may be that you need the ignition key code and/or ECU that goes with that particular model

Has the sat nav got power ? or is there no power to it, do any of the buttons work etc? It might just need resetting if so get back to me and I can tell you the details, please clarify?

On some cars, if the oil pressure goes to 0, the circuit to the electric fuel pump is disabled. You need to find out why the oil pressure went to 0. It may be a switch or the wiring, but if the oil pump went out, this feature saved your engine.
