Electronic key push fob stuck in ignition.won't start car or come out of ignition
SOURCE: Car won't start
Nahh, its not that bad!
Its either your battery who is empty and need to be charged again or its the electronic box who need to be restarted.
Sometimes if the battery gets empty it can give the electronic box wrong signal, therefore it needs a restart, it can only be done at the ww service center. But try first to charge your battery, i think that will get your car to start again. The ticking noise and the non functioning door is because your empty battery.
You can either charge the battery (the best way to do it) or try to ger someone to tow your car to start and then drive for 45-50 minutes, thar will also charge your battery.
Good luck to you

most likely cause is the gauge cluster, this will have to be tested and service by your local dealership because the dash cluster and keys have to be coded. I have seen the immobilizer loose it's coding for apearantly no reason. therefore have them recode cluster and see if problem goes away, if it doesn't the gauge cluster will have to be replaced.

I had the same problem with my Volkswagen jetta. It turned out that fuses under the steering wheel weren't pressed in enough.
