If the positive cable runs to the box and comes out the other side that's the starter relay. Make sure that the battery terminal contact surfaces are clean, then change the relay. First, make sure that voltage of battery does not drop below 9.5 volts when in start position...If it does, starter has failed.

is it a continuous clicking or a single click. a single click usualy points to a loose or diry cable. could possibly be starter solenoid also or starter relay.
The "click" sound condition make us guess that could be a bad ignition switch or starter.
It turned out to be the starter. I first took the battery to have it tested and it was fine. Next, I took the starter apart and took it to Autozone to have it tested? and it was bad. It is not easy access to remove the starter. The intake manifold and exhaust system are in the way and need to be taken apart first. See instructions below:
DISCONNECT YOUR BATTERY AND RECONNECT, THIS SHOULD RESET THE BRAIN.
ALSO...WHEN YOU TURN THE KEY, LISTEN TO HEAR IF YOU CAN HEAR THE FUEL PUMP COME ON...IF NOT, GUESS WHAT? HOPEFULLY NOT!... BUT,YOU MAY NEED TO REPLACE THE FUEL PUMP, IF YOU CAN'T HEAR IT WHEN YOU TURN THE KEY, AFTER YOU'VE RESET THE BATTERY!
I hope that you have disconnected the battery fire could happen relay click's but will stick at drain could be the fuel pump you hear with the continuse click you might have a shorted starter.I think thats the first place to start.A bad ignition switch will cause this to happen sometimes?
