After removing the top and side bolts (which are obvious) Go to the fender liner. Remove all but the top screw . You will find (by flashlight or shop light) two bolts coming out of the headlight rear. With a socket wrench and 10mm socket, remove the two nuts on the headlight and pull out the headlight from the front after insuring the bulbs are removed and identified for reinstall. Take your time. It is not difficult.

If you have a June 2009 model , may not be the latest version.Confirm with parts dept if they are compatible discs for the 2007 . A NAV update just came out this fall. The 2007 plays from the disc , in the back of the car . You might be able to swap your June disc into the 2007 and buy the latest version for your 2010, either in disc or one time USB down load.

Unless you are good with a bunch of body tools, you don't want to fix it yourself. I wouldn't take it to the dealer, there are plenty of body shops around that can fix it. But most will tell you it is not worth fixing. You might hang around the body shop at the dealer and make friends with the guy, He has all the paints right there, then drop the question on him. How much to fix this scratch?
