The thermostat (water inlet) that connects to the radiator (water outlet). There are 3 nuts that need to be tightened from the bottom. I need the torque Specs.

follow the upper radiator hose to where it meets the engine... the thermostat should be there
SOURCE: Im replacing the head gasket on my 94 GS300 and
step # 1 tighten 25 ft lbs,
step# 2 tighten 90%
step # 3 tighten another 90%
note do in sequence start closest to belt one head at a time start at the bottom 1 then to the top all the way to the other side is 2 then back to other side on top now is 3 then back to other side bottom is 4 keep do this working your way to the center do this with each step thats the sequence. hope this helps. note thses are strech bolts use new ones dont reuse old ones, put a little oil on threads. good luck.

Fig. The jiggle valve must be in the up (12 o-clock) position after installation into the water outlet
