Have you checked the powertrain control computer for fault codes, if not do that first.

fuel pump is weak mabe . check fuel pressure.

Should make noise.fuel filter is OK?

could be lots of thing ex : trunk light ,under hood light ,etc etc.

You need to squeeze the little 'fingers' on that white piece to allow the taillamp assembly to be removed. See the YouTube video at the link.

Go get the battery and alternator tested for free at the auto parts store.  For some reason the alternator isn't charging the battery while your driving.

sounds like the lock for it broke either from the button on the shifter or from the pedal its only plastic i would take the shifter cover off and try it then and look at all the peices too see what is not working

I don't know if this helps but I was told that the symbol(!) means its time for oil change Mine did that too and when I changed oil it went off.
