Is there spark coming from plugs . Electronic ignition? Check fuse box for blown fuses .
Pull a wire out from spark plug and place it near the plug. Start engine while someone else watches if there is spark going ( do not handle wire when doing this ) if new pump it has to be primed before use .
Sounds like your cruise control module has a short circuit, which would explain why the fuse blew again after starting the car. You can verify this by unplugging the cruise control module then starting the car. Then check the fuse again. If the fuse is blown then the fault is associated with the horn circuit. If the fuse is not blown then you know the fault is associated with the cruise control circuit.
If this fuse only blows when you crank the engine then this would tell me the starter is shorting out and blowning the fuse. make sure to check it by replacing the fuse and turning the key on without cranking the engine and if the fuse doesnt blown then crank the engine and if the fuse blows then its the starter, replace the starter and this will take care of the problem.good day and hope this is helpful.
All these components operate via the central locking control unit. Check fuses No.4, 37, 6, 3, 14. If these fuses are ok, the control unit may be faulty and need to be replaced. The control unit is located behind the right dash panel.[on right hand drive vehicle , may be else where on left hand drive vehicle.
