My shifter will not shift the anti theft light came on and radio stopped working can anyone help

If the radio has an inline fuse, it will be within 82 of the plug at the rear. They are built into the harness. Unlikely because there are three fuses covering audio.

is radio replacement an oem or aftermarket --when changing a radio which is part of anti theft system either need a unit that will flash or program to your vehicle

Shifter not coming out park could be a problem with the shifter interlock system . Won't let driver shift into gear unless foot is pressing the brake pedal down .
locked light on ? Do you mean SECURITY light is lit on the instrument cluster . Anti-theft system disables fuel injectors if there is a problem .

It sounds like you have a bad or sticking solenoid that will have to be replaced inside transmission.
you can clear code by unhooking battery 5 min., but this method you could loose info like, radio settings, anti theft, etc.

The shifter release solenoid is activated by the brake light switch. Check to see if the brake lights are working when you press the brake pedal. If not, that may be the reason why the shifter won't come out of park. You may need to replace or adjust the brake light switch. (It's located at the top of the brake pedal arm).

Manually shift the truck into park at the transmission. Then make repairs to shift cable. Lock the truck and then use the key to unlock the door and start the truck.

OK, you should try using that new key again, and make sure it works sometimes like the other one does. Have you tried messing with the shifter when it doesn't start? Like maybe shifting to neutral and see if it will start from neutral? I'm attaching your wiring diagram. It is quite simple indicating only a few things can stop it from cranking.
I'm assuming when you say it wont start that it will not crank or even click. Do I have that right? If so, and assuming your new starter and ignition switch are good, only the wiring from the battery, the shifter interlock, the theft system, or the solenoid could be bad. Among these, the things that I have seen as intermittent failures are corroded battery terminals, shifter interlocks, and anti-theft systems.
Please try messing with the shifter and checking the battery terminals. I will do a little more research on your anti-theft system.

In my case the solution was a fuse on the passenger side inside fuse box. It is not listed as a fuse for the radio but it is none the less. If your cigarette lighter isn't working either its the fuse. On my 2004 it was fuse # 9 a 15A fuse.
